  I have no complaints about this post office anymore. The staff are efficient and helpful and the product range goes well beyond stationary and postage services. It was not always this well managed. Whoever is responsible for the overhaul should get a medal!!

  Now the st Agnes post office expects my friend who has no car to walk to the post office at 4 pm, very unfair on her to expect anyone in her condition to walk for 45 minutes up the road with her diabetes. St Agnes post office should be at least open till 6 pm , because her husband can't barely make it to that post office he has the car and he works to.

  Another friend of my has a problem with St Agnes post office,, that they never delivered the parcel coming from US,, and i don't think St Agnes post office workers bother scanning the parcels properly once it arrives as my friends parcel still says in transit in Sydney since 21 november, 2016, today is the 1st of December,, very slack,,

  St Agnes Post Office done it again to my friend,, this time, they never mail my birthday card that was suppose to be there for her birthday on june 16,, what on earth is wrong with the post workers at st agnes, instead they trick her by knocking on her door and she thought it was something for her and made a mistake of it,, only that it was something for her husband,, i think it was done deliberately not posting the card i mail her in the beginning of the week,, was suppose to be there on friday, my friend she thinks that the people on her street are involved telling st anges post office not mailing her cards and parcels on time,,

  St Agnes Post Office is the worst one at deliverys My friend had her vintage Barbie doll stuffed into the top part of the letter box that anyone could steal it yesterday on the 10th may wednesday because the post man is too lazy to place the package next to the front door,, my friend lives in ridgehaven and have problems with her neighbours because they are racist, and had in the past that her neighbours stole mail from the letter box the top part where the junk mail go,, if the St Agnes Postal Employees including the postman continue this slobby, snobby and careless act,, my friend and me and the other friends will be taking a huge complaint about this post office to Commonwealth Ombudsman,, we customers had enough with St agnes post office doing this to our mail delivery and expect that future deliverys get treated with respect and not stuffed in the letter box top part where the neighbours or little kids can steal it,, She is very angry and tried to find a contact ph number for St Agnes Post Office but all she gets is the major post office interstate,, and also when they do deliver any small parcels is to ring the door bell and wait for a while,, we are humans and not have super power to run to the door unexpectly, postman has no patience,,

  dont deserve any stars,, St Agnes, one of the woman who works there at the Post Office, the one with the brunette hair she , didn't bother posting off my Friends Registered letter on the 31 March 2016.i guarantee its still behind the counter or she took it because of a money order in it. Now my friend is very upset and wont be getting her Superman doll Henry Cavill collectable one,, just because of her,, i don't think i will be going there,, after they treated my friend.

  And since when did the St Agnes postman delivers a box doll there's no room on his bike for boxed items they only get damage. Can't the Cheapstake post office Of St Agnes afford a proper person on a delivery van, this post office must be cutting corners and trying to save every cent, and today the postman writes a You have mail card into my friends letterbox at the same time she is home waiting for him to knock on the door with the books she got for her and her mum, very slack and lazy from the st Agnes postal workers,
