  this gym is dark and depressing , and the doors at the front is often left open in the cold winter time, and the change room doors left open most of the time and unclean too,, the staff are not very friendly as they are not often at the reception area, they always appear to be in the back rooms, and the class times are on a unsuitable time, either too early in the morning or too late in the evening, and fernwood wants too much money every 2 weeks which they take it out of the bank account whether you go there or not in those 2 weeks,, had the flu for a month and i couldn't ring them because i had a very sore throat and could barely speak but yet the staff still help them selves to my bank account money, not fair,, when i get over the flu i would be cancel my membership,

  I love the new virtual classes as I am still able to do a class when I finish work later in the evening and on weekends after work.

  glad i don't go to that gym , and never will after the way they treated another one of my friends,, that used to go to the gym,, she wanted to rejoin it last year only that one of the staff deliberately left the reception area and hid in one of the small rooms, i can't see why my friend wanted to rejoin the gym,, she only wanted to lose some weight by doing the classes , i wouldn't ,, they were not nice to my friend,, especially that incident in the change rooms where they had guys doing repair work or little boys unsupervised using the toilets just to spy on women getting dressed,, which is wrong from the gym,, its seems to me that they gym, staff and people that go there have no respect for other women going to the gym and getting dressed to do exercise.its not a clean gym too,

  Love my gym. Staff fabulous and helpful. Quiet space to work out or be sociable. 24 hour access is a definate plus. Facilities are clean and fresh.

  The best gym ever, staff amazing and so supportive, the upgrades and changes are great, I love the dark colours in the toilets and even the black spin room, use it 3 times a week very modern, not sure what the other ladies going on about, been there over 10 years and have seen many upgrades and changes for the better!!! The NEW club across the road is amazing and love the virtual classes that have just started on Friday! Never seen a boy or a man in the change rooms ever! Never worried about men looking at me at all! Some people shouldn't speak about here say!! their friend said! Because I love my gym and won't go anywhere else, everyone gets a free 30 days to try, so you can be the judge!

  My other friend went to the gym recently and said its depressing,, the room where they had the bikes is depressing black, and the ladies room where the toilets are is grey,, why the depressing color of black and grey, i thought it should be pink and not black,, i won't be going to that gym after hearing complaints about it,, it puts me off,, ,
